Hello! For full access to the courses you will need to take a minute to create a new account. Each of the individual courses also have a one-time "enrollment key" which you will need to click on later. Here are the instructions:

1. Fill out the New Account form with your details.
2. You will receive an email with a link within 24 hours. You will need to click on the link to confirm your new account.
3. You will then be able to enroll yourself in any of the courses available on the web site.
4. Some of the courses are closely linked to the on-line Procurement Manual (Wikipedia) hosted in the Procurement Network/Communities of Practice at https://extcop.unlb.org. If you are already registered with the Procurement Network, we recommend for your convenience that you create your New Account using the same username and password.
